Anti-dazzle hollow glass with middle honeycomb structure
The invention discloses anti-dazzle hollow glass with a middle honeycomb structure. A cavity is formed between first outer-layer tempered glass and second outer-layer laminated tempered glass, and the fixed honeycomb structure is arranged in the cavity. The contact surface of an aluminum partition strip and the tempered glass is coated with butyl rubber which is sealed, bonded and fixed. The fixed honeycomb structure is made of a semitransparent material and comprises middle honeycombs, edge honeycombs, corner honeycombs and cushion blocks, wherein the middle honeycombs, the edge honeycombs, the corner honeycombs and the cushion blocks are located in the middle, the edges and the corners of the structure respectively, and the middle honeycombs are distributed in a transverse and longitudinal array mode and combined with the edge honeycombs, the corner honeycombs and the cushion blocks to form the structure. The outward opening direction of the fixed honeycomb structure faces the north side (horizontal installation) and the lower side (vertical installation). The anti-dazzle hollow glass is simple in processing technology, low in material cost, suitable for being adopted for a daylighting roof and a glass curtain wall of a common building which shows the building and pays attention to the indoor lighting effect, capable of effectively preventing indoor dazzle, free of later maintenance, good in practicability, attractive in lighting effect and capable of reducing lighting electricity and heat preservation energy consumption.
本发明公开了一种中置蜂窝结构的防眩光中空玻璃，第一外层钢化玻璃与第二外层夹胶钢化玻璃之间设有空腔，空腔内置有固定式蜂窝构造。铝隔条与钢化玻璃接触面涂装有密封及粘结固定的丁基胶。固定式蜂窝构造为半透明材料，包括中间蜂窝、边沿蜂窝、角部蜂窝及垫块，分别位于该构造的中部、边沿和角部，中间蜂窝沿横向、纵向阵列分布并结合边沿蜂窝、角部蜂窝和垫块组合形成该构造。固定式蜂窝构造的对外开口方向为朝向北侧（水平安装）和下侧（竖直安装）。本发明加工工艺简单，材料成本低廉，适合展示建筑和注重室内光效的普通建筑的采光顶、玻璃幕墙采用，可有效防止室内眩光，且无需后期维护，实用性好，光效美观，可减少照明用电和保温耗能。
