The invention discloses a zero cold water system for avoiding false start of a water heater. The zero cold water system comprises the water heater, a water inlet pipe, a water outlet pipe, a plurality of water using points connected with the water outlet pipe, and a cold water pipe connected with the water using points, wherein the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe are connected with the water heater, a first one-way valve enabling the water outlet pipe to be communicated with the cold water pipe in a one-way mode is arranged at the water using point farthest from the water heater, the water outlet pipe, the cold water pipe, the water inlet pipe and the water heater form a circulation loop, and the cold water pipe is connected with an intelligent closestool. The zero cold water system is characterized in that a water tank of the intelligent closestool is a pressurizing water tank, and a flow limiting valve is arranged at the water inlet end of the pressurizing water tank; and the water outlet instant flow of the pressurizing water tank can reach 20 L/min or above, and the maximum water flow of the flow limiting valve does not exceed 7 L/min. The pressurization water tank and the flow limiting valve are adopted to prevent the gas water heater from being started by mistake on the basis that a user can flush the intelligent closestool cleanly, and the structure is simple and reliable.
