The invention discloses a process for preparing a gypsum cementing material from industrial byproduct gypsum. The process comprises the following steps: conveying a material into a three-axis pre-drying machine through a preheating feeding conveying mechanism for pre-drying, so that the moisture content of a wet material is reduced to below 10%; conveying the dried material into a multi-box calcining furnace to remove crystal water; cooling and conveying the calcined material through a cooling, discharging and conveying mechanism, and modifying, homogenizing, storing, packaging and transporting the cooled material; introducing waste heat discharged from the three-axis pre-drying machine into the preheating feeding conveying mechanism for material preheating, and providing a temperature environment for curing of building blocks in the kiln wall of the building block curing kiln; and in the pre-drying and calcining process, using a cyclone separator and a bag type dust collector for collecting dust, and feeding powder obtained through separation into the three-axis pre-drying machine and multi-box type calcining furnace to be circularly treated. According to the invention, brand new production equipment and process are adopted, heat energy is fully utilized, and waste heat is utilized for many times, so that the produced product is high in content of semi-hydrated gypsum, high in stability and high in quality.
工业副产石膏制备石膏质胶凝材料的工艺:物料通过预热进料输送机构输送至三轴预烘干机中进行预干燥,使湿料含水率降低至10%以下;烘干后的物料输送至多箱式煅烧炉内脱去结晶水;煅烧后的物料通过冷却出料输送机构进行降温及输送,冷却后改性、均化、储存、包装、运输;从三轴预烘干机出来的余热,分别通入预热进料输送机构进行物料预热、砌块养护窑的窑壁中为砌块的养护提供温度环境;在预干燥及煅烧过程中,使用旋风分离器和袋式除尘器进行收尘,分离得到的粉料送入三轴预烘干机、多箱式煅烧炉中进行循环处理;本发明采用全新的生产设备及工艺,充分利用热能,实现了余热的多次利用,使生产的产品中半水石膏的含量高,稳定性好,品质高。
