The invention relates to water-retaining mortar prepared from waste tiles and a preparation method of the water-retaining mortar, which belong to the technical field of building material preparation. The water-retaining mortar is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 80-150 parts of a cementing material, 100-150 parts of waste tile coarse aggregate, 100-150 parts of waste tile micro powder subjected to acid activation and sodium treatment, 0.1-0.5 part of cellulose, 0.2-0.5 part of a water reducing agent and 0.1-0.4 part of a tackifier. The cation exchange capacity of the waste tile micro powder is greater than or equal to 20 mmol/100g. The components are mixed with water in proportion, stirred and poured to form the mortar with good water retention performance, so that the problems that waste tiles are wide in source and complex in composition, and recycled aggregate and powder obtained after treatment of the waste tiles with different sources have large difference in component and performance are solved; the problem that mortar prepared after waste tiles are treated is often poor in water retention is solved.
本发明涉及一种利用废弃砖瓦制备的保水砂浆及其制备方法,属于建筑材料制备技术领域,本发明按重量份计包括:胶凝材料80‑150份、废弃砖瓦粗骨料100‑150份、经酸活化和钠化处理的废弃砖瓦微粉100‑150份、纤维素0.1‑0.5份、减水剂0.2‑0.5份、增粘剂0.1‑0.4份;废弃砖瓦微粉的阳离子交换容量为≥20mmol/100g;本发明上述成分与水按比例混合,经搅拌、浇筑而成一种保水性能佳的砂浆,解决废弃砖瓦来源广泛、组成复杂,不同来源的废弃砖瓦处理后得到的再生骨料、粉料成分及性能差异较大的问题,克服用废弃砖瓦处理后制备的砂浆经常存在保水不佳的问题。
