Nanometer silicon fireproof material
The invention provides a nanometer silicon fireproof material, comprising coating and a filler. The outer wall of a frame body is coated with the coating, and the inside of an interlayer of the frame body is filled with the filler. The material is prepared from 30-50 parts of mixed resin, 20-30 parts of magnesium oxide, 20-30 parts of microporous corundum aggregate, 10-20 parts of activated carbon, 10-15 parts of silicon dioxide, 10-15 parts of aluminium silicate fibers, 10-15 parts of red mud, 5-10 parts of a flame retardant, 1-6 parts of sodium bicarbonate, 1-5 parts of a foaming agent, 30-50 parts of perlite, 10-15 parts of a partition agent, 8-15 parts of a coupling agent, 5-10 parts of calcium stearate, 5-10 parts of a smoke suppressor, 5-10 parts of cement, 1-5 parts of water and 1-3 parts of a flexibilizer. The outer wall of the frame is coated with a layer of the protective coating, so that primary protection is achieved, and the fireproof property and the heat-insulating property are further improved by adding the filler into the frame.
