The invention discloses a perforated toothed rail railway fastener which comprises angle steel symmetrically arranged on the two sides of a toothed rail, a vertical panel of the angle steel is fixed to the toothed rail, a first through hole is formed in a horizontal panel of the angle steel, and an elastic buffer sleeve matched with the first through hole is inserted into the first through hole; the anchor bolt penetrates through the elastic buffer sleeve, then is fastened in a pre-embedded plastic sleeve arranged on the sleeper and vertically presses the elastic buffer sleeve. The perforated toothed rail railway fastener overcomes the defects of an existing toothed rail fastener and has the advantages of being large in longitudinal resistance, good in longitudinal elasticity and high in insulating property.
