A stand column capable of extending out of the ground and moving is arranged on each guide rod. According to the protective fence, a rotating drum is used for guiding the direction of an out-of-control vehicle, so that the vehicle is effectively prevented from colliding directly; meanwhile, the accident vehicle can be decelerated, damage to the vehicle and a driver is reduced, and the power generated by collision of the vehicle and the fence is converted into energy for unfolding the protective device. The front side and the rear side of an accident vehicle are effectively protected, the rear vehicle is warned, meanwhile, a rear-end collision secondary accident can be prevented, the accident damage degree is reduced, and the life safety of a driver is guaranteed.
