The green ecological slope treatment structure comprises an ecological film covering the surface of a slope soil body and a plurality of soil fixing plates fixed above the ecological film through positioning piles penetrating into the slope soil body; the plurality of soil fixing plates are sequentially laid in an adjacent manner; a partition plate is arranged between the upper soil fixing plate and the lower soil fixing plate; and the soil fixing plates are provided with partition plate clamping grooves matched with the partition plate. According to the green ecological slope treatment structure, the soil fixing plates are additionally arranged above the ecological film to cover and fix the slope soil body, the partition plate is arranged between the upper soil fixing plate and the lower soil fixing plate, and the slope soil body can be effectively prevented from being lost.
