The invention discloses a cantilever anti-sliding anchoring system and method for a large landslide. The cantilever anti-sliding anchoring system comprises a plurality of anchoring units arranged in a slope body, wherein each anchoring unit is composed of an anti-sliding main pile, a supporting table and a transverse anchor cable structure; and the anti-sliding main pile is an inclined pile arranged in the direction perpendicular to the sliding direction of the slope body, the supporting pile is an inclined strut arranged in the sliding direction of the slope body, the supporting pile dissipates supporting axial force through the supporting table, landslide thrust is converted into axial force, and the axial force and the foundation bearing force are balanced. Meanwhile, the transverse anchor cable structures are applied to the pile tops to control displacement of the pile tops, and therefore the whole anchoring system is coordinated in stress and deformation, the anti-sliding effect is good, stability and safety are high, and the cantilever anti-sliding anchoring system can be widely applied to rock and soil large landslides or high fill slopes and is wide in application range, high in practicability and high in generalization performance.
