FRP reinforced wood-plastic composite material bearing plate
The invention discloses an FRP reinforced wood-plastic composite material bearing plate. The FRP reinforced wood-plastic composite material bearing plate comprises a surface layer and a core material, wherein the surface layer is a wood-plastic composite material plate; the core material is an FRP pultrusion sectional material; and the outer surface of the core material is covered by the surface layer; the surface layer and the core material are combined to form a whole body at a contact surface through a molding process. According to the FRP reinforced wood-plastic composite material bearing plate, the advantages of the FRP pultrusion sectional material and the wood-plastic composite material plate are sufficiently utilized, and the problems that the wood-plastic composite material has relatively poor toughness and relatively low strength are solved; and the characteristics of light weight and high strength of an FRP material are combined. The surface layer and the core material are combined to form the whole body by using the molding process, so that the compression resistance, bending resistance, shearing resistance and stripping resistance are remarkably improved, and furthermore, the whole mechanical property of the structure is enhanced and actual engineering requirements are met.
本发明公开了一种FRP增强木塑复合材料承重板材,包括面层和芯材,面层是木塑复合材料板材,芯材是FRP拉挤型材,芯材外表面被面层包裹,二者通过成型工艺在接触面处结合成为一体。本发明充分利用了FRP拉挤型材和木塑复合材料板材两种材料的优点,解决了木塑复合材料韧性较差、强度较低的问题,结合了FRP材料轻质高强的特点。由于使用成型工艺将面层与芯材结合成为为一体,其抗压、抗弯、抗剪以及抗剥离能力显著提高,使得结构的整体力学性能得到增强满足了实际工程需求。
