Putty spraying machine
The invention discloses a putty spraying machine. The putty spraying machine comprises a driving mechanism, a diaphragm and a putty powder discharging mechanism. The driving mechanism comprises a cylinder body, a crankshaft and a cylinder barrel piston structure, the crankshaft and the cylinder barrel piston structure are arranged in the cylinder body, the crankshaft is connected with the cylinder barrel piston structure through a bearing, and the crankshaft rotates in the cylinder body and drives the cylinder barrel piston structure to perform linear reciprocating motion in the cylinder body. The putty powder discharging mechanism comprises a cavity for accommodating putty powder, the diaphragm is arranged between the driving mechanism and the putty powder discharging mechanism in an abutting mode, the cylinder barrel piston structure moves to enable the diaphragm to deform to be in a first state or a second state, in the first state, the cylinder barrel piston structure moves towards the diaphragm, the diaphragm deforms towards the cavity, and the putty powder discharging mechanism performs the feeding action; and in the second state, the cylinder barrel piston structure moves in the direction away from the diaphragm, the diaphragm deforms in the direction of the crankshaft, and the putty powder discharging mechanism performs the discharging action. The putty spraying machine is compact in structure, convenient to use and capable of improving the construction efficiency.
