The fabricated reinforcing steel bar positioning formwork comprises a reinforcing steel bar positioning plate, a plurality of reinforcing steel bar positioning sleeve and a clamping nut, and an unadjustable reinforcing steel bar positioning round hole and an adjustable groove hole are formed in the reinforcing steel bar positioning plate; and the multiple reinforcing steel bar positioning sleeves connected to the reinforcing steel bar positioning round hole or the groove hole are arranged on the reinforcing steel bar positioning plate, end heads are arranged on the lower portions of the reinforcing steel bar positioning sleeves, conical surface holes are formed in the end heads, first scale marks are arranged at the positions, located on the two sides of the reinforcing steel bar positioning round hole and the groove hole, of the bottom of the reinforcing steel bar positioning plate, and second scale marks are arranged on the outer walls of the end heads. The reinforcing steel bar positioning formwork adopts the sliding groove design, so that the spacing of reinforcing steel bars can be adjusted, and the fabricated reinforcing steel bar positioning formwork is suitable for positioning column longitudinal bars with different spacing of reinforcing steel bars; the lower portions of the reinforcing steel bar positioning sleeves adopt a conical surface design, so that the reinforcing steel bar hole-entering surface area can be increased, and construction is more convenient and easier; and compared with a common single-layer positioning steel plate, the reinforcing steel bar positioning sleeves can restrain the end exposed reinforcing steel bars and prevent the reinforcing steel bars from inclining.
