The rescue rope ladder can be quickly retracted, and a grooved wheel structure can regularly put down the rescue rope ladder, so that a quick plug and a quick joint are coaxial; and a first clamping jaw air cylinder, a first piston rod and a second piston rod can quickly control components on the quick joint, so that the quick joint is connected to the quick plug. A micro high-pressure water pump can enable water in a water bag to quickly circulate in the soft belt, so that the soft belt is relatively hardened and the gravity of the ladder is increased, and therefore, air blowing can be effectively prevented, and ladder shaking caused by climbing of people can be effectively prevented; and a second clamping jaw air cylinder and a third piston rod are arranged, so that the soft belt which is not put down can be tightened, and therefore, water is prevented from flowing into the soft belt which is not put down.
