The present invention provides: a transparent resin film with which it is possible to impart exceptional design properties to a decorative board, the transparent resin film having exceptional adhesive capabilities with respect to a design layer; a decorative board obtained using the transparent resin film; and a method for producing the decorative board. The present invention pertains to a transparent resin film for protecting a design layer that is laminated on one side of a base material, wherein the transparent resin film is characterized in that: a relief pattern shape is formed on the side of the transparent resin film where the design layer is laminated; and the maximum height roughness Rz, as defined in JIS B0601 (2001), of the relief pattern shape is within the range of 15-70 [Mu]m.
