The invention relates to an Archimedes spiral flow channel type cyclone separation well which comprises a water inlet pipe, a water outlet pipe, an outer well and an Archimedes spiral cyclone separation system arranged in the outer well, and the water inlet pipe penetrates through the outer well and is communicated with the Archimedes spiral cyclone separation system; the Archimedes spiral cyclone separation system comprises an Archimedes spiral flow channel, a cyclone column and a sand hopper, the cyclone column is concentrically surrounded by the Archimedes spiral flow channel, a spiral center guide cylinder is arranged in the cyclone column and is a spiral tubular cylinder body, openings are formed in the upper portion and the lower portion of the cylinder body, a water inlet pipe is mounted at the upper part of the cyclone column; and the water outlet pipe extends to the inner wall of the outer well. According to the separation well, the separation efficiency can be remarkably improved, and the containable flow of a unit rainwater well is improved.
