Hydraulic separation vertical transportation system and method for solid waste on construction site
The invention discloses a hydraulic separation vertical transportation system and method for solid waste on a construction site, and relates to the technical field of classified recycling, clearing and transporting of the solid waste on the construction site. The problems that an existing solid waste vertical transporting device and method have large impact on a vertical garbage channel and transporting equipment located below the vertical garbage channel, and potential safety hazards exist are solved. The hydraulic separation vertical transportation system comprises a waste transporting pipeline detachably connected to the outer side of a building main body structure, a hydraulic separation device arranged at the bottom of the waste transporting pipeline and communicating with the waste transporting pipeline, a conveying device arranged at the bottom of a water body in the hydraulic separation device and a paddle device arranged at the top of the water body. The method comprises the steps that the solid waste is vertically and downwards transported to the hydraulic separation device along the waste transporting pipeline, heavy impurities in the solid waste sink into the conveying device at the bottom of the hydraulic separation device and are transported out, and light impurities in the solid waste float on the water surface and are scraped out and transported out through the paddle device located at the top of the water body.
