On one hand, the use amount of sandstone is reduced, mining is reduced, and the natural environment is protected, and on the other hand, compared with traditional four-component formula production, the cost of raw materials per ton is reduced by 10000/ton, the cost of the clinker is reduced by 1.54 million/ton, the production cost is greatly reduced, and the production benefit is improved.
本发明公开了一种三组分硅酸盐水泥煅烧熟料及其制备方法,以石灰石82.6%~86.6%、黏土10%~15%和铁粉1.4%~4.4%三组分为主要原料,取消硅质校正原料砂岩组份,调整煅烧方式,将生料粉末摊薄,进行薄料快烧,窑头喷煤管短焰急烧,防止预热器结皮增多、窑尾易结圈窑皮增厚以及窑内耐火砖受损风险变大,熟料进行急烧,增大了篦冷机风量,同时篦冷机也进行均薄料层操作,能在最短的时间内对出窑熟料进行全渗透的快速冷却,防止熟料矿物易于变型,粉化,降低熟料质量。一方面减少砂岩用量,进而减少矿山开采,保护自然环境,另一方面,较以前传统的四组分配方生产,生料吨成本减少1万/吨,熟料成本减少1.54万/吨,极大降低了生产成本,提高了生产效益。
