The invention discloses a high-performance concrete surface exposing agent for an assembly type component and a preparation method of the exposing agent . The exposing agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 600-700 parts of water; 5 to 15 parts of a covering agent; 250 to 350 parts of hydroxy carboxylate; 0 to 50 parts of phosphine and salts thereof; 0 to 50 parts of phosphate; 5 to 30 parts of layered silicate; 15 to 35 parts of high-molecular polymer; 2 to 10 parts of a defoaming agent; 5-20 parts of a penetrant; 1 to 10 parts of a surfactant; 0 to 30 parts of water-based color paste; and 2 to 15 parts of a preservative. According to the invention, hydroxy carboxylate, phosphine and its salt and phosphate are used as main delayed coagulation components, corrosion is avoided, the later strength is not affected while efficient coagulation of the surface layer of the fabricated member is realized, and the exposing agent has the advantages of ecological environmental protection, efficient delayed coagulation, durability and stability; and the problems of easy sagging, weak adhesive force, tedious preparation process and the like during vertical face mold brushing of a mole cricket agent are solved.
