Layered vibration reduction ballastless track bed
The invention provides a layered vibration reduction ballastless track bed which is improved on the basis of a rubber floating slab track bed. An original ballastless track bed is arranged in three layers, and pouring is conducted in three layers; the manufacturing of the layered vibration reduction ballastless track bed comprises the steps of mixing of raw materials of a track bed plate, spraying of a release agent and assembly of accessories, steel bar binding, pouring and vibration forming of concrete, cast-in-place self-curing and demolding. The layered vibration reduction ballastless track bed has the advantages that noise can be reduced by 15-20 dB, and a special vibration reduction effect can be achieved; compared with a common rubber floating slab track bed, the anti-cracking performance of the track bed is improved by 10%-20%, the integrity is greatly improved, and cracks are not prone to being generated when the track bed is used; waste tires can be fully utilized, economy and environmental protection are achieved, and cost is reduced; in the construction process, a cast-in-place self-curing technology is adopted, a cast-in-place self-curing integral mold is utilized, the requirement for layered construction and curing of the vibration reduction ballastless track bed can be effectively met, manpower is saved, the construction period is shortened, and the construction cost is reduced.
本发明提供一种分层式减振无砟道床,在橡胶浮置板道床基础上进行改进,将原来的无砟道床分三层设置,浇筑时分三层浇筑;该分层式减振无砟道床制作包括道床板原材料的拌合、喷涂脱模剂及配件装配、钢筋绑扎、混凝土的浇筑及振动成型、现浇自养护、脱模。采用本发明的分层式减振无砟道床,优点有,可以将噪声降低15‑20dB,能达到特殊减振效果;与普通橡胶浮置板道床相比,道床抗裂性能提高10%‑20%,整体性大大提高,使用时不易产生裂纹;可以充分利用废旧轮胎,经济环保、降低成本;施工过程中,采用现浇自养护工艺,利用现浇自养护整体模具,可以有效配合减振无砟道床分层施工养护需要,节约人力、缩短工期、降低工程造价。
