Concrete for early cracking prevention and preparation method of concrete
The invention discloses concrete for early cracking prevention and a preparation method of the concrete. The concrete is prepared from the following substances in parts by weight: 314 to 338 parts of cement, 35 to 58 parts of fly ash, 680 to 765 parts of sand, 1010 to 1045 parts of pebbles, 169 to 173 parts of water, 8 to 9 parts of a water reducing agent, 0.1 to 1 part of an anti-cracking and anti-seepage admixture FLT-I and 0.1 to 1 part of modified polypropylene fibers. The preparation method comprises the following steps: a, putting the modified polypropylene fibers and the weighed sand and stones into a stirrer, and quickly and uniformly stirring the modified polypropylene fibers and the weighed sand and stones; b, uniformly stirring the weighed cement, fly ash, FLT-I and water with the temperature of 20-40 DEG C; and c, uniformly stirring the weighed water reducing agent and water, adding into the mixture in the step b, and continuously uniformly stirring. After the FLT-I and the modified polypropylene fiber are doped into the concrete, the reduction of environmental pollution is facilitated, and the economic benefit can be improved.
本发明公开了一种用于早期防裂的混凝土及其制备方法,所述混凝土包括以下重量份数的物质:314~338份水泥,35~58份粉煤灰,680~765份砂,1010~1045份石子,169~173份水,8~9份减水剂,0.1~1份防裂抗渗外加剂FLT‑Ⅰ,0.1~1份改性聚丙烯纤维。所述制备方法包含以下步骤:a、将改性聚丙烯纤维与称量好的砂和石子置于搅拌机中快速搅拌均匀;b、将称量好的水泥、粉煤灰、FLT‑Ⅰ和20~40℃的水搅拌均匀;c、将称量好的减水剂和水搅拌均匀后,加入步骤b的混合物中,继续搅拌均匀。本发明在混凝土中掺入FLT‑Ⅰ与改性聚丙烯纤维后,有利于降低对环境的污染,能够提高经济效益。
