The invention discloses controllable low-strength concrete containing desulfurized slag and steel slag, which is composed of the following materials: 20-50% of desulfurized slag, 5-20% of fly ash, 5-30% of water-quenched slag powder, 0-5% of Portland cement, 0-5% of carbide slag, 0-40% of steel slag tailings and 0-30% of iron tailings, and the desulfurized slag is a main solid waste filler and a volcanic ash activity excitation material. The invention relates to the technical field of construction materials, in particular to controllable low-strength concrete containing desulfurization slag and steel slag. The instability influence of calcium sulfite, ettringite and steel slag is reduced, and the stability of building materials using related raw materials is improved. Due to the low-strength characteristic of the CLSM, the plasticity of the CLSM also reduces the possible expansion damage influence in the later period; the alkalinity and the gelling property of the solid waste and dense filling of aggregate gradation are fully utilized, so that the use of materials such as cement and gravel is reduced, and the cost is greatly reduced; a large amount of local industrial and mining solid waste is used as the raw material, so that the solid waste can be recycled, the storage of the solid waste is reduced, and the harm of the solid waste to the environment is reduced.
