Fuming furnace for recycling industrial wastes
The invention provides a fuming furnace for recycling industrial waste. The fuming furnace comprises a furnace top explosion door, a furnace side explosion door, a smoke outlet, a furnace bottom, a melt discharging opening, a special feeding air nozzle, a slag discharging opening, a furnace body water jacket and a furnace wall. Crushed solid waste, a reducing agent, oxygen-enriched air and combustible waste liquid and waste gas are fed into slag in the fuming furnace through a special feeding tuyere. The temperature of slag in the furnace is controlled to be 1300 DEG C or above, generated metal volatile steam is oxidized through a flue gas treatment system, and then metal oxide with the high content is collected and reused; and non-volatile metal generated at the bottom of the furnace is reduced into molten metal, and an ingot is discharged from a molten metal outlet at the lower end to be recycled. The furnace wall is provided with a slag tap at the lower part of a feeding tuyere; and slag is used as a building material and a glass ceramic raw material. Compared with the prior art, the material enters from the bottom of the fuming furnace efficiently, the efficiency is high, the metal recovery rate is increased, meanwhile, the slag is used as a building material and a glass ceramic raw material, and waste is turned into wealth.
本发明提供一种处理工业废物资源化再生利用的烟化炉,含炉顶防爆门、炉侧防爆门、出烟口、炉底、放熔液口、专用进料风嘴、放渣口、炉体水套、炉墙。所述破碎的固体废物和还原剂、富氧空气、可燃废液废气由专用进料风嘴送入烟化炉内熔渣中。炉内熔渣控制温度1300℃以上,产生的金属挥发蒸汽经烟气处理系统氧化后收集含量较高的金属氧化物后重新利用;炉底产生的不易挥发的金属还原成金属熔液经低端的放熔液口放出铸锭回收利用。炉墙在进料风嘴下部有放渣口,炉渣用于建筑材料和微晶玻璃原料。相对于现有技术本发明物料从烟化炉底部压力高效进入效率高,提高金属回收率,同时炉渣用于建筑材料和微晶玻璃原料,实现变废为宝。
