Thermal regeneration method for asphalt pavement
The invention discloses a thermal regeneration method for an asphalt pavement, which comprises the following steps: recycling asphalt pavement materials, conveying the recycled asphalt pavement materials to a vibrating screen distributor for screening, and batching the screened materials by a batching belt weigher; lifting the recycled asphalt pavement material and conveying to a top conveying belt of a new aggregate batching machine with a conveying mechanism at the top through an aggregate belt after batching, and mixing the new aggregate and the recycled asphalt pavement material after batching; after mixing, heating the mixture to a temperature required by asphalt pavement thermal regeneration construction by heating equipment, discharging the mixture to a stirring cylinder to stir a regenerated mixture, discharging the mixture to a paver with an asphalt spraying function after regeneration stirring is completed, and spraying prime coat oil/tack coat oil and paving the regenerated mixture by the paver; and completing the thermal regeneration of the asphalt pavement after rolling and forming by a road roller. Gradation adjustment is achieved, the RAP adding amount can reach 80% or above, the RAP material is utilized to the maximum extent, the regeneration quality of the asphalt pavement is improved, and the construction cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种沥青路面热再生方法,包括:回收沥青路面材料送至振动筛分配料机进行筛分,并将筛分后料经由配料皮带秤进行配料;回收沥青路面材料配料完成后经由集料皮带提升输送至顶部带有输料机构的新集料配料机顶部输料皮带,进行配料后在将新集料与回收沥青路面材料进行混合;混合后由加热设备加热至沥青路面热再生施工要求温度后卸料至搅拌缸进行再生混合料的搅拌,再生搅拌完成后卸至带沥青喷洒功能的摊铺机,由摊铺机完成透层油/粘层油的喷洒与再生混合料摊铺,压路机碾压成型后完成沥青路面的热再生。本发明实现了级配的调整,RAP添加量可达80%以上,更大限度的利用了RAP材料,提高了沥青路面的再生质量降低了工程造价。
