According to the novel pitch tank variable-pitch stirrer, the problems that the working time of workers is wasted and the working efficiency of the workers is reduced due to the fact that an existing stirrer can only stir asphalt, the asphalt needs to be taken out of a stirring tank again after the asphalt is stirred, and then the asphalt can be used for repairing a road are solved.
