The invention relates to a manual asphalt paver which comprises a rack provided with walking wheels, an asphalt storage tank arranged on the rack, a discharging groove and a vibrating mechanism, the discharging groove comprises two side baffles distributed in the left-right direction and a bottom plate located between the two side baffles, one end of each side baffle is fixedly connected to the lower side wall of a paver body, and the other end of each side baffle is fixedly connected to the lower side wall of the paver body. The side baffles are provided with inner turned edges, and the bottom plate is supported on the inner turned edges through a plurality of compression springs. The vibration mechanism comprises a sliding sleeve connected to the rack, an impact rod arranged on the sliding sleeve in a penetrating mode, extending in the front-back direction and used for the back face of an impact bottom plate and a connecting rod with one end connected to the impact rod through a first horizontal pin, and the other end of the connecting rod is eccentrically connected to the walking wheel through a second horizontal pin. And the axes of the first horizontal pin, the second horizontal pin and the walking wheel are parallel. The manual asphalt paving device has the advantage that excessive accumulation of asphalt can be avoided, and the problem that the asphalt directly falls on the ground and is excessively accumulated in an existing manual asphalt paving device is solved.
