Solid-waste-based alkali-activated cementing road building material, preparation method and road building method
The invention discloses a solid-waste-based alkali-activated cementing road building material, a preparation method and a road building method. The road building material comprises 45-68 parts of slag; 23 parts of fly ash; 382 parts of an original road clay-bound macadam material; and 40-55 parts of water glass. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing sodium silicate, sodium hydroxide and water to prepare a water glass exciting agent with the water content of 75% and the modulus of 1.5; 23 parts of fly ash, 45 parts of slag, 382 parts of an original road clay-bound macadam material and 55 parts of the water glass exciting agent are sequentially put into a stirring machine to be uniformly stirred, and the road building material is obtained. The road building method comprises the following steps: uniformly paving the fly ash and the slag on an original road surface by adopting a powder paver; milling the original soil hardened pavement by adopting a cold regeneration machine; injecting an exciting agent, and fully mixing the exciting agent with the solid mixed material; adopting a road roller and a road grader for repeatedly rolling and scraping the road surface; the material and the preparation method are low in manufacturing cost and good in environmental protection performance; the method is simple in process and high in road building efficiency.
