The invention discloses an ABS material for preventing a bridge guardrail from being rushed out, the ABS material comprises two base shells which are symmetrical in left and right positions and fixedly connected with the ground, the top of each base shell is fixedly connected with a shell made of the ABS material, and an extension groove which penetrates through the top wall of the base shell and is provided with a downward opening is formed in each shell; a locking device can freely change the connection state between the second belt wheel and the spline shaft, so that the motion state of the corresponding spline shaft is changed, and the switching of two working states of detecting whether a fault occurs or not and buffering the vehicle when the vehicle encounters an impact is facilitated; an anti-impact device can prevent vehicles from rushing out of the fence and falling to the position below a bridge to hurt other vehicles and people, meanwhile, people in the vehicles are protected against secondary hurt caused by falling, and the stopping device can'hold 'the vehicles rushing out of the edge of the road through iron chains to prevent the vehicles from leaving the protection range of the fence.
