The invention relates to the technical field of scouring resistance of a pier body in turbulent flow areas such as a pier anti-scouring area and a sluice pier anti-scouring area, in particular to a turbulent flow passive control local anti-scouring bearing structure pier. According to the invention, the turbulent flow passive control anti-scouring bearing structure pier provided with the hemispherical anti-scouring device and the hole-shaped curved plate can adapt to water flow environments such as waves and tides with intense changes, and the hole-shaped curved plate can intercept part of garbage, so that direct collision and contact between the garbage and the front face of the pier body are reduced.
