The invention discloses a water surface floating oil automatic unmanned ship collecting system. The system comprises a central floating oil collector, wherein three driving units are distributed on the periphery of the central floating oil collector in a circumferential array, the three driving units are fixedly connected with the central floating oil collector through hard pipes, the three driving units float on the water surface, and the three driving units can synchronously drive the central floating oil collector to move horizontally when running on the water surface. According to the system, a buoyancy adjusting air bag is gradually enlarged from a shrunken state, the buoyancy adjusting air bag is immersed in water, so that the overall buoyancy of the central floating oil collector is increased, the increased gravity of the central floating oil collector is counteracted, and therefore it is guaranteed that the central floating oil collector does not displace in the height direction in the oil collecting process.
