The invention discloses an inserting connection piece and a prefabricated part combination body. The inserting connection piece comprises an outer sleeve body, a stopping piece, an inserting column and a wedging body, wherein an inserting cavity is formed in the outer sleeve body, the stop piece is arranged at one end of the outer sleeve body, a reverse stop face with the inner diameter gradually increased in the direction away from the outer end is formed at the inner end of the stop piece, the inserting column is provided with a first reducing part and a second reducing part, an anti-falling clamping surface is formed on the outer surface of the first reducing part, the wedging body is arranged in the outer sleeve body, and the difference value delta R between the inner radius R1 of an inserting cavity and the maximum outer radius R2 of the inserting end is larger than the radial maximum width value W of the wedging body and smaller than the axial maximum height value H of the wedging body. The wedging body of the inserting connection piece is not prone to toppling or falling in the plug-in process, and therefore the inserting success rate and the connection reliability after inserting can be remarkably improved.
