The friction force between the well wall of the open caisson and the soil body in the open caisson is reduced by digging a partition groove of an annular structure, the problems of slow sinking and even stagnation can be effectively solved in cooperation with graded balance weight, and the construction efficiency is improved; and meanwhile, a cofferdam on the periphery of the open caisson effectively prevents slurry in the partition groove from flowing out, so that the situation that the partition groove collapses is prevented, uneven ground settlement caused by water and soil loss is avoided, and the safety of the construction process is improved.
