Reinforcing system and reinforcing method for pipe gallery wall haunch corner concrete pouring formwork
The invention discloses a reinforcing system and reinforcing method for a pipe gallery wall haunch corner concrete pouring formwork. The problem of how to reinforce a haunch corner formwork inclining inwards and downwards is solved. An inclined formwork (10) is welded and connected to the lower end of a guide wall inner side vertical formwork (11), and an angle of 135 degrees is formed between the guide wall inner side vertical formwork and the inclined formwork (10); a horizontal formwork (16) is welded and connected to the lower end of the inclined formwork; a horizontal formwork supporting cushion block (9) is arranged on an upper steel bar mesh (5); a horizontal steel bar support (21) of a horizontal formwork fixing screw is fixedly arranged on a steel bar split head (6); a horizontal formwork fixing screw (20) is arranged between the horizontal steel bar support (21) and the upper steel bar mesh; and the upper end of the horizontal formwork fixing screw (20) penetrates a horizontal formwork fixing screw penetrating hole (17) from bottom to top and then is in screw joint with a nut (19). The phenomenon that during concrete pouring, the formwork at the wall haunch corner is prone to formwork expansion and slurry leakage is avoided.
