The invention provides an underground waterproof system with the same life cycle as a building and a construction method thereof. The underground waterproof system comprises a basement self-waterproof system and a basement outdoor waterproof system, wherein the basement self-waterproof system comprises a basement bottom plate, basement side walls and a basement top plate, and the basement bottom plate, the basement side walls and the basement top plate are made of FS102 waterproof concrete; the basement outdoor waterproof system comprises a bottom plate waterproof structure, side wall waterproof structures and a top plate waterproof structure; the bottom plate waterproof structure comprises a bottom water storage and drainage plate, a bottom FS101 waterproof cement plain slurry layer, a bottom flexible waterproof material and a bottom FS101 waterproof cement mortar layer; each side wall waterproof structure comprises a side FS101 waterproof cement plain slurry layer, a side flexible waterproof material and a side FS101 waterproof cement mortar layer; and the top plate waterproof structure comprises a top FS101 waterproof cement plain slurry layer and a top FS101 waterproof cement mortar layer. The underground waterproof system solves the technical problem that a basement and a semi-basement are prone to leakage.
