The anti-blocking blowdown device comprises a precipitation tank, a filter tank and a cover plate, wherein a water outlet pipe is arranged on the side face of the precipitation tank, a wireless transceiver is arranged on the side face, corresponding to the water outlet pipe, of the precipitation tank, a position locator is arranged on a controller, a sludge amount sensor is arranged below the water outlet pipe, a flow sensor is arranged at an opening of the water outlet pipe, an electronic liquid level meter is arranged above the water outlet pipe, and a cover plate is arranged at a notch of the precipitation tank. The anti-blocking blowdown device has the beneficial effects that impurities are effectively prevented from entering a sewage pipeline through a double-layer filtering mechanism, meanwhile, the impurities can be conveniently cleaned out by pulling out a filter screen through a pull rod, the sludge amount and a sewage circulation state are controlled at any time through a terminal APP, the sludge and the impurities on a filter plate are cleaned out in time, the sewage pipeline is effectively prevented from being blocked, and meanwhile, through a positioning device, loss of the cover plate can be found in time.
