The structure comprises a sound insulation component, a fireproof and waterproof component and an anti-deformation component, wherein the sound insulation component, the fireproof and waterproof component and the anti-deformation component are arranged from bottom to top; the sound insulation component comprises a support bearing which is arranged below and a double-layer sound insulation felt which is pasted to the support bearing, and both ends of the sound insulation felt are fixed to the contact surface of a structural wall after being turned upwards; the fireproof and waterproof component comprises a rock wool fire-retardant belt and a water stop belt, the rock wool fire-retardant belt is arranged in an area which is defined by the sound insulation felt in a filling mode, and the water stop belt is arranged on the upper surface of the rock wool fire-retardant belt; and the anti-deformation component comprises frame components, a center plate and a sliding rod, the sliding rod is horizontally arranged at an upper opening of the deformation joint, the center plate is arranged above the sliding rod in parallel through a connecting piece, both ends of the sliding rod are respectively connected with the frame components, and the frame components are fixedly connected with the structural wall.
