According to the intelligent green and environment-friendly house structure, a plurality of heat insulation plates are arranged, and the heat insulation plates can drive telescopic rods to stretch out and draw back through air cylinders to open or cover the wall body; in winter, the air cylinders drive the telescopic rods to extend, the heat insulation plates are pushed to the horizontal position, so that the wall body is exposed, sunlight irradiation is achieved, and the indoor temperature is increased; and in summer, the air cylinders drive the telescopic rods to contract, the heat insulation plates are moved to the vertical position, so that the heat insulation plates cover the wall body, sunlight irradiation is prevented, the indoor temperature is not too high, and the comfort of the temperature of a residential house building is met.
