The invention discloses a wallboard assembly for a green prefabricated building and an assembly method, and is suitable for the field of buildings. The wallboard assembly comprises steel skeletons, a connecting block fixing frame, an adjustable connecting block, a fixed connecting block, a middle frame, a locking mechanism and embedded wallboards, wherein the connecting block fixing frame is installed on a roof, the adjustable connecting block is installed in the connecting block fixing frame in a sliding mode, the fixed connecting block is installed on the ground, the middle frame is used for fixing between the steel skeletons, the locking mechanism is installed in the middle frame, and the embedded wallboards are fixed to both sides of the steel skeletons and the middle frame. The prefabricated installation of the wallboards is realized through prefabrication, the construction is easy, the installation is rapid, corresponding prefabricated baffles are customized according to the height of a house, the wallboards are fixed through the connecting blocks which can be fixed to the roof and the ground, and the prefabricated wallboards are not only used in new buildings but also suitable for transformation of old buildings; the embedded wallboards are integrally fixed through the locking mechanism, the later replacement and disassembly are simple, the embedded wallboards can be reused, resources and cost are saved, and the embedded wallboards are filled with sound insulation and heat preservation materials, so that the secondary construction time and the corresponding labor cost are reduced.
