The invention discloses a door and window structure of a clamping horizontal type wall and a door and window construction method.The door and window structure comprises a wall module erected between an upper floor and a lower floor, the wall module comprises a wallboard unit and a first wall panel arranged on one side of the wallboard unit, and the upper end and the lower end of the wall module are connected with connecting pieces correspondingly to form a partition wall. The wallboard units comprise the first wallboard unit, the second wallboard unit and the third wallboard unit which are arranged in the splicing length direction. The second wallboard unit is provided with a vacant area with the same width as the second wallboard unit, U-shaped keels are arranged on the periphery of the vacant area, and the U-shaped keels are buckled on the edge portions of the wall modules on the periphery of the vacant area. The door and window construction method comprises the steps that the U-shaped heaven and earth keel is installed; a wallboard unit on one side of the door and window is installed; wallboard units above and below the door and window are installed; the wallboard unit is installed on the other side of the door and window; the adjacent wallboard units are fixedly connected through self-tapping screws; the gypsum board is installed on the other side of the wallboard unit; and U-shaped keels are mounted around the door and window.
