The invention discloses a high-rigidity anti-bending truss in the technical field of trusses. The bottom of a cross beam is connected with a vertical beam, wherein the vertical beam is of a sectional structure; a supporting rod is arranged between an upper rod sleeve and a lower rod sleeve; column heads are fixedly connected to the two ends of the supporting rod; positioning rings are arranged at the joints of the column heads and the rod sleeves; first positioning bolts are fixedly inserted into the peripheries of the outer walls of the rod sleeves at equal intervals; the ends of the first positioning bolts are fixedly inserted into inner cavities of the column heads; anti-skid gaskets are arranged between the first positioning bolts and the outer walls of the rod sleeves; the ends of the rod sleeves are sleeved with outer sleeves; one end of each outer sleeve sleeves the outer side of the supporting rod; one end of each outer sleeve is fixedly connected with the supporting rod through a locking bolt; the ends of the locking bolts are fixedly inserted into inner cavities of the supporting rod; and sealing rings sleeving the outer walls of the column heads are embedded into the ends of the rod sleeves. The high-rigidity anti-bending truss has the anti-bending performance, and the service life of the truss is prolonged.
