The invention provides a ventilation skylight for a seaside house based on heat energy, and relates to the field of solar energy equipment. The ventilation skylight for the seaside house based on the heat energy comprises a frame and a glass window hinged to the front face of the frame; a storage groove is formed in the side edge of the frame; a solar panel is arranged on the front face of the frame through the storage groove; a vertical pipe is arranged in the storage groove; the bottom end of the vertical pipe makes contact with the solar panel; and a motor is arranged on the top of the inner wall of the storage groove.
