The improved scaffold comprises a vehicle body and two or more folding mechanisms, each folding mechanism comprises eight connecting plates, and the four connecting plates located on the same horizontal plane form one group; the two groups of connecting plates correspond to each other, sliding grooves are formed in the opposite sides of the two groups of connecting plates, and sliding blocks are installed in the sliding grooves; and the four sliding blocks on the two groups of connecting plates correspond to each other in a pairwise mode, a folding frame is fixed between the two sliding blocks on the two groups of connecting plates, and every two folding frames in the same direction are in one group.
