The invention discloses a concrete pouring construction structure and construction method in a steel pipe column. The method comprises the steps that the steel pipe column is divided into an underground column section, a near-ground column section and a high-rise column section; concrete is poured into the underground column section and the near-ground column section; a feeding hole is formed in the position, close to the bottom, of the high-rise column section, a one-way valve is welded to the feeding hole, and the one-way valve is opened; the side, deviating from the feeding hole, of the one-way valve is connected with a stop valve, and the side, deviating from the one-way valve, of the stop valve is connected with a concrete conveying device; and the concrete is jacked into the high-rise column section through the conveying device till concrete construction in the high-rise column section is completed. According to the concrete pouring construction method in the steel pipe column, the compactness of the concrete in the high-rise column section can be effectively guaranteed, the quality reliability of the concrete is high, vibration is not needed, the construction efficiency is greatly improved, and the construction progress is guaranteed.
