Unloading platform
The embodiment of the invention provides an unloading platform. The unloading platform comprises a plurality of mounting main beams, a loading and unloading table and a stabilizing mechanism. Each mounting main beam comprises a fixed section and a cantilever section, wherein the fixed section is used for being arranged on the top face of a main body structure, the end of the fixed section is provided with a first connecting part used for being connected with the top face of the main body structure, and/or the bottom face of the cantilever section is provided with a second connecting part used for being connected with the side face of the main body structure. The loading and unloading table is arranged on the cantilever sections. The stabilizing mechanism comprises an extrusion connecting piece, wherein one end of the extrusion connecting piece is in extrusion connection with the top faces of the fixed sections, and the other end of the extrusion connecting piece is used for being in extrusion connection with a top structure; and/or the stabilizing mechanism comprises a supporting connecting piece, wherein one end of the supporting connecting piece is in supporting connection with the cantilever sections, and the other end of the supporting connecting piece is used for being connected with a bottom structure. According to the unloading platform, the anti-sliding stability of the mounting main beams is guaranteed, and the anti-overturning stability of the unloading platform is guaranteed; and the load of a material bearing table on the loading and unloading table can be monitored in real time, and the situation of overload is avoided.
本申请实施例提供一种卸料平台。卸料平台包括多个安装主梁、装卸台及稳定机构。安装主梁包括固定段和悬挑段,固定段用于设置于主体结构的顶面上;固定段的端部设有第一连接部,用于与主体结构的顶面连接;和/或,悬挑段的底面设有第二连接部,用于与主体结构的侧面连接;装卸台设置于悬挑段上;稳定机构包括挤压连接件,挤压连接件的一端与固定段的顶面挤压连接,另一端用于与顶部结构挤压连接;和/或,稳定机构包括支撑连接件,支撑连接件的一端与悬挑段支撑连接,另一端用于与底部结构连接。上述的卸料平台,保证了安装主梁的抗滑移的稳定性,保证了卸料平台防倾覆的稳定性;能够对装卸台上的承料台的载荷实时监控,避免发生超载的情况。
