The moving part is provided with a bearing plate, vertical plates, handles, moving wheels and through holes. The vertical plates are installed on the left side and the right side of the bearing plate. The handles are installed on the bearing plate. The moving wheels are installed below the bearing plate. The through holes are formed in the vertical plates. The containing part is installed on the moving part and provided with a first tank, a second tank, a cover plate and pipelines. The pipelines are arranged below the first tank and the second tank respectively and used for discharging clear water and cleaning agents in the first tank and the second tank. The rotating part is installed on the moving part and used for driving the cleaning part to rotate, and therefore the garden pond cleaning device is suitable for different pond walls. The garden pond cleaning device can adapt to ponds of different depths by replacing the cleaning part, meanwhile, the garden pond cleaning device can adapt to pond walls forming different angles with the ground by rotating the cleaning part, and therefore the garden pond cleaning device can adapt to different ponds.
