The roadway avoidance-free three-dimensional parking device comprises a vehicle driving roadway and a plurality of four-parking-space avoidance-free parking assemblies; each four-parking-space avoidance-free parking assembly comprises a parking frame and a ground rail; the ground rails are perpendicular to the center line of the vehicle driving roadway; each parking frame comprises a square top frame, supporting stand columns, lifting vehicle plates, a travelling device and a lifting control device; the parking frames are installed on the ground rails through the travelling devices, the two lifting vehicle plates on each parking frame are distributed side by side, and the long sides of each lifting vehicle plate are parallel to the center line of the vehicle running roadway; and two rectangular ground parking spaces are arranged at the bottom of each parking frame and distributed side by side, and the long sides of each ground parking space are perpendicular to the center line of the roadway. The roadway avoidance-free three-dimensional parking device has the advantages of convenience in parking, high space utilization rate, simple structure and low cost.
