Two-point suspension following type dynamic anti-falling device of parking equipment
The invention discloses a two-point suspension following type dynamic anti-falling device of parking equipment. A left side longitudinal beam and a right side longitudinal beam of a parking space are each provided with a set of following chain mechanism and a matched clutch locking mechanism; each following chain mechanism comprises a front chain wheel unit composed of a front chain wheel, a front chain wheel shaft and a front chain wheel base, a rear chain wheel unit composed of a rear chain wheel, a rear chain wheel shaft and a rear chain wheel base, a following chain, a falling block and an intermediate wheel; when the equipment normally runs, related elements of the following chain mechanisms follow a vehicle carrying plate to ascend and descend; when a traction chain cable of the equipment is broken, a chain cable breakage detection device sends out a signal to trigger a lifting motor to stop running and meanwhile trigger the clutch locking mechanism to be in a locked state, even if the vehicle carrying plate falls, the vehicle carrying plate tends to be immediately pulled by the following chain arranged at the same position to stop falling, and the whole vehicle carrying plate is in a horizontal static state; and the safety of the equipment, vehicles and operators is guaranteed in a simple, reliable and low-cost manner, and the major potential safety hazards existing in current parking equipment adopting two-point suspension traction vehicle carrying plate ascending and descending are thoroughly avoided.
本发明包括在车位左侧纵梁以及右侧纵梁各设置一套随动链机构以及配套离合锁止机构;随动链机构包括前链轮、前链轮轴、前链轮座组成的前链轮单元、后链轮、后链轮轴、后链轮座组成的后链轮单元以及随动链、坠块、介轮;设备正常运行时,随动链机构相关元件跟随载车板升降随动;当设备的曳引链索出现断裂,链索断裂检测装置即发出信号触发升降电机停止运行并同时触发离合锁止机构处于锁止状态,载车板即使出现下坠,其趋势立即被同一位置设置的随动链牵引而停止下坠,载车板整体处于水平静止状态;以简单、可靠、低成本的方式保障设备、车辆以及操作者安全,彻底解决当前采用两点悬挂曳引载车板升降的停车设备存在的重大安全隐患。
