The invention discloses a crawling ladder for building. The crawling ladder comprises a plurality of bearing platforms; a stair is arranged between every two adjacent bearing platforms; the stair comprises an upper ladder, a lower ladder and a transfer table, wherein the upper ladder and the lower ladder are the same in structure and each comprises two first sliding blocks, four first hinge strips and a plurality of pedals, the four first hinge strips are arranged on the two sides of the pedals, and the two sides of each pedal are hinged with the two corresponding hinge strips; the top of the upper ladder is hinged to the bearing platform on the upper side, and the two first sliding blocks of the upper ladder are in sliding connection with the transfer table; the top of the lower ladder is hinged to the transfer table, and the two first sliding blocks of the lower ladder are in sliding connection with the bearing platform on the lower side; and in the overlook direction, the upper ladder and the lower ladder are staggered front and back. Driving assemblies are arranged between the bearing platforms and the switching tables, and the driving assemblies enable the bearing platforms and the switching tables to be folded or unfolded.
