The invention provides a multi-pipe drill rod and drill tool combination. The multi-pipe drill rod and drill tool combination comprises an inclination measuring drill rod, a stirring drill tool and a sealing gasket, wherein the inclination measuring drill rod is provided with a male connector, a female connector, an upper guniting opening, an inclination measuring device and a first built-in pipeline, and the stirring drill tool is provided with a male connector, a lower guniting opening, a second built-in pipeline, a plurality of sets of stirring blades and cutting fins; a first slurry pipe, a second slurry pipe and a first air pipe of the built-in pipelines are arranged in the inclination measuring drill rod in parallel in an equilateral triangle mode, and the first slurry pipe is connected with the upper guniting opening; the inclination measuring device is fixedly installed on the outer wall of the inclination measuring drill rod below the upper guniting opening, and a sensor of the inclination measuring device is fixedly installed on a plate support; and the sealing gasket is located between the inclination measuring drill rod and the stirring drill tool, and two upper convex lip rings of the sealing gasket enter inner holes of the second slurry pipe and the first air pipe of the inclination measuring drill rod. The sealing performance of the built-in slurry pipes and the air pipes is improved, slurry mixing and air leakage are prevented, the upper guniting opening and the lower guniting opening spray slurry respectively when the drill rod and drill tool combination is lifted up and drilled down, surrounding soil and cement slurry are promoted to be fully stirred, the strength of a pile body is consistent vertically, and the construction period is effectively shortened.
