The invention discloses a tunnel advance support structure and a construction method. The method comprises the steps that before a tunnel is excavated, a plurality of steel pipes are inserted into the position, around a top arch, above the top arch of the excavated section of the tunnel at intervals, and a first support layer is formed; a plurality of small guide pipes are inserted into the position, around the top arch, between the first support layer and the top arch at intervals, and a second support layer is formed; tunnel upper pilot tunnel excavation construction is conducted along the top arch of the tunnel; when the tunnel is excavated to the preset distance, concrete spraying is conducted on the wall face of a front tunnel of the tunnel, and a primary lining layer is formed; and temporary inverted arch construction is conducted at the bottom of a tunnel upper pilot tunnel. According to the tunnel advance support structure and the construction method, the stability of a tunnel surrounding rock stratum is ensured through two layers of advance supports, then the primary lining layer is formed by spraying concrete to reinforce tunnel surrounding rock, thus the engineering geological conditions are improved, the tunnel collapse accident in the tunnel excavation construction process is avoided, and the safety and stability of tunnel excavation construction are ensured.
本发明公开了一种隧道超前支护结构及施工方法,该方法通过在隧道开挖之前,在隧道开挖断面的顶拱上方环绕顶拱间隔插设多个钢管,形成第一支护层;在第一支护层和所述顶拱之间环绕顶拱间隔插设多个小导管,形成第二支护层;沿隧道顶拱处进行隧道上导洞开挖施工;当隧道开挖至预设距离时,对隧道正洞壁面进行混凝土喷射,形成一次衬砌层;在隧道上导洞底部进行临时仰拱施工。本发明通过两层超前支护保证隧道围岩土岩层的稳固性,再通过喷射混凝土形成一次衬砌层对隧道围岩土进行加固,从而改善工程地质条件,避免在隧道开挖施工过程中出现隧道坍塌事故,保证了隧道开挖施工的安全性和稳定性。
