The invention provides a mounting method of a chemical anchor bolt on a building wall. An inner rubber sealing plug and an outer rubber sealing plug are arranged in an anchoring hole, and a screw rod inclines upwards in the direction from the interior of the anchoring hole to the exterior of the anchoring hole through supporting of the inner rubber sealing plug and the outer rubber sealing plug, so that an included angle between the axis of the screw rod and the axis of the anchoring hole is 0.5-15 degrees, and the screw rod inclines upwards to offset part of the pressure applied by a suspended object; the wall thickness of an upper section tube wall of an inner tube opening section of a tubular adhesive layer is increased in advance, and the wall thickness of a lower section tube wall of an outer tube opening section of the tubular adhesive layer is increased in advance, so that the two tube walls become more wear-resistant, fatigue-resistant, aging-resistant, collapse-resistant, softening-resistant, failure-resistant and the like, and thus, the loading capacity, the anchoring strength, a safety coefficient, the service life, the durability, the weather resistance, the use stability and the like of a chemical anchor bolt are improved.
